1. FitWit Yoga - get your stretch on and support The FitWit Foundation.
2. Running Club - laid back running group for all levels. Brunch is usually involved on Saturdays!
3. Daily Trivia - use the "wit" part of FitWit and compete against fellow campers in a 10 question quiz every morning.
4. ABS gym membership deal - hit the weights for your homework.

July 30th. Timed Plank Hold/Toys up the Hill

Timed plank hold – 6 min. limit
Split Group:
Toys up the hill (newbies have kettlebell clinic) – grab a piece of equipment and complete 20 reps at the top of the hill. Aim to knock out every exercise before repeating: wall ball, dips, KB thruster, KB Swing, Sand bag high pull
Tennis court blitz – 2-man teams – most jump rope singles wins. One person jumps, and the other does the sprint/exercise. Then, they switch. After that, they move to the next sprint/exercise combo. Keep going for 12 mi… Continue
