6pm ROCKED the workout Thursday night!  EVERYONE pushed hard.  That's a rare occurrence for everyone to be truly trying their best.  Very inspiring 6pm.

1/26/2012 Workout: GAUNTLET 2012

Meet on the track at Jackson High.

 

Gauntlet 2012

Campers start at a station, complete the exercise and sprint to the next station (50 meters apart). 

Dips - 20

Side Raise - 20

Wall Ball -20

Pike Pushups -10

Box Jumps OR Barrier Jumps –20 over and back is 1

KB High Pull - 20

 

Followed by:

Partner drills(10 min.) – manual resistance shoulder raises – 8 reps/each, followed by man resistance glute/hamstring work where one person descends slowly while the other holds down the legs.
