KB High Pull - 20
Followed by:
Partner drills(10 min.) – manual resistance shoulder raises – 8 reps/each, followed by man resistance glute/hamstring work where one person descends slowly while the other holds down the legs.

According to this graph, the most important things in life are free! It has all the elements of the healthy life cycle I draw on the board at the nutrition talks, just with size prioritization - sleep, stress, food, and exercise. Study the chart for a moment...
We've tackled the largest circle on the graph, the food. Many of you are eating clean, real food. Diet naturally overflows Venn-style into stress and exercise. Did you notice the size of the exercise circle? Compared to the rest of the day, the week, we spend very little time, and a decent amount of money for good instruction in consistent, intense exercise. Quality matters when it comes to fitness and strength building. It's an important piece of quality of life that we elevate in our minds to the size of a circle…
